The Flag Pole Buddy's patented pivoting "twist" holder mounts near the top of the an RV ladder or at the top of the mounting surface. This mount allows the pole to be installed from ground level by simply placing the mast in it diagonally. When rotated to vertical, the mast drops into the lower cup mount safely securing the bottom of the pole. Because the pole isn't clamped, it is free to rotate with the wind, making it perfect for flags. Should rotation not be desirable, a set screw in the lower cup mount is provide to prevent turning.

As provided, the mounting plates that secure the brackets are designed specifically for use with a 1" RV ladder or vertical pole. However, by removing the back plate these brackets are perfect for mounting to any vertical flat surface. The brackets adjust easily for mounting on sloped ladders or surfaces that are not vertical.
