How do I return an item?

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  This fee is mandatory for all returns accept items that are defective or otherwise not as described in our listings.  You must contact customer service for authorization before returning any item.  Items returned without authorization will not be refunded.

Certain items are NOT returnable or refundable for any reason except defect in workmanship.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item returned that is not in full resale condition.  Items clearly used or damaged will not be refunded.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender unless otherwise agreed prior to returning.

Many items we sell have manufacturer's warranties.  DO NOT return these items to us.  Contact the manufacturer directly for instructions on how to return an item for repair or replacement.
