ProComm JBC-100 180 Degree Swivel Mount for 3/8" x 24 Antenna
These handy adapters are used to erase or create any angle in most 3/8" x 24 antenna applications.  For example, if the antenna mount is on an angle, this adapter will allow the antenna to sit vertically.  
Consists of a heavy screw and tooth washer, along with male and female 3/8" ferrules to connect to the mount and to the antenna.
