The Workman W-440-10 is a Super Flex 1/2 Wave HT Antenna with a male BNC Mount.

Thin and Flexible, it's the perfect replacement "rubber duck" for any 70 cm HT using a female BNC antenna connector. Not as bulky as many stock antennas but has a full 9.5" height for better 1/2 wave performance. You will notice the improvement in gain over smaller rubber antennas.
